The Total Prospecting Solution uses this information to generate real-time leads that we call Sales Intelligence. Taylor’s Marketing & Management’s Sales Intelligence leads are specific nuggets of information about a business or market that will “trigger” a selling opportunity and create a higher probability of a sale. The front-end of Taylor’s Marketing & Management’s Total Prospecting Solution is the Prospect Manager, a web–based, collaborative, user friendly, and easy-to-navigate sales force automation application. Prospect Manager enables our customers to keep in touch with their accounts, as well as manage their opportunities through a user-defined sales process. The Team and Enterprise Editions of the Total Prospecting Solution also provide forecasting and reporting tools for managing pipelines and sales activities.

The Total Prospecting Solution is accessible to licensed users through standard Web browsers that are likely to be available and familiar to users. Taylor’s Marketing & Management’s customers require minimal installation and system support and users can access the Total Prospecting Solution at any time via the Internet. In addition, the Total Prospecting Solution can be integrated with CRM products such as Siebel, SAP, Peoplesoft, SalesLogix, ACT and Goldmine or via a corporate intranet or Sales and Business Intelligence Portal.
